Coach Yourself Through Change

Our two-day workshops use a combination of thought provoking exercises and activities within our proven RIDFEAR® methodology to focus on developing your own personal leadership and self-coaching skills.

This will then allow you to achieve more, both personally and professionally and also begin:

'to live the life you want - not someone else's!'

Our proven RIDFEAR® methodology is simple yet effective:

  • R ealisation - begin to discover who you are and what is really fundamental to you
  • I deal - start to determine what you really want
  • D istractions - understand and change what is holding you back
  • F ocus - determine which area of your life you can and want to change
  • E nds - establish what results you want to achieve
  • A ctions - plan how you are going to achieve them
  • R eflect - take pride in your success, learn from it and reward yourself

The workshops are fun, inspirational and informative. They are delivered with a non-confrontational, non-judgemental approach and give participants the space and time to look at yourself and your situation, determine what you want from your life in the future, inspire you to get excited about tomorrow and then assist you in realistically achieving this through developing and becoming your own coach. In the past, the course has helped others:

  • find suitable alternative careers and achieve employment in them
  • realise they want to start and run their own business and then identify what that could be
  • accept enforced career changes and find new enthusiasm and committment
  • believe in themselves, relying on strengths and abilities to help make important career / personal decisions,
  • understand their values and what they mean,
  • achieve a better quality of life and work life balance,
  • develop a greater personal understanding and ability to appreciate wider issues beyond personal perspectives,
  • resolve conflicts between personal and organisational roles and goals,
  • minimise inter-personal conflicts,
  • reduce stress and anxiety and improving personal performance,
  • become more accepting and supportive of change through greater personal awareness and control and
  • discover a realistic approach to finding the key area of life to develop and how to do it

On a personal level, not only will you discover more about yourself, the workshops will also help you understand other people around you more, be it friends, family or colleagues. They will also help you find the answers that are right for you and give you the time and space to allow you to focus on yourself in a relaxed non-threatening environment.

The course is delivered in two modes:

'changes' is designed as a more formal course, open to both men and women and delivered during working hours.

'orangebikini' has a more relaxed format and is designed primarily for women wanting to combine a life-changing programme with a relaxing experience, and as such are usually delivered at weekends in spa type locations. However, the title is about the concept not the attire and men are more than welcome!

The workshops can be delivered nationwide to corporate groups but also to individuals when there is sufficient local demand. Ideally between six and twelve participants are required.

We are also interested in talking to skilled, experienced facilitators wanting to work in partnership with us in delivering the programme nationally.

Bespoke corporate courses are available and delivered through our parent company Partners in Management. They run over two days to timescales and locations as required and usually designed to assist with personal performance issues or to help facilitate the acceptance of change.
